Jim Whitaker

Since joining Initium in 2016, Jim has successfully advised shareholders on business sale transactions in the SaaS, fintech, consultancy, wholesale, medcomms, FM and property sectors, helping clients sell to both domestic and international trade acquirers.

As manager, Jim is the first point of contact for clients, overseeing the sales process from kick off to completion. He is also part of our Community Team, providing support to our chosen charities and fundraising initiatives.

Prior to Initium, Jim worked at Barclays Corporate providing guidance and support to clients on matters including finance raises, cashflow finance and FX risk mitigation. Before Barclays, Jim worked for Lloyds Banking Group leading and managing a sales team handling both secured loans and personal debt.
