Fellows and Partnering Executive

Liz is a highly experienced communications and customer services professional, with a long track record in assisting business owners embarking on the business sale journey. Working across our entire ecosystem, Liz has particular focus on supporting our post-transaction community of clients, The Fellows, and assisting our trusted partner organisations.

Prior to joining us in 2016, Liz was an Account Director at the Institute of Customer Service, promoting best customer service practices amongst ICS members (typically FTSE 350 organisations). Before that, Liz worked at BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, managing a portfolio of domestic & global IT customers and accredited training partners. She also ran her own business for six years – a fact which certainly helps her connect with our entrepreneurial clients!

Away from work, you’ll usually find Liz in her garden, gloves on, secateurs in hand, and ready to do some serious pruning. A green-fingered founder member of our Community Team, Liz loves to get stuck in on volunteer days, including assisting Newbury Cancer Care and West Berkshire Community Hospital with their beautiful therapy garden…
