Henriikka Brown
PA to Sales & Marketing Director
Henriikka joined us in 2024 as PA to Liz Jackson MBE. It’s a role she feels at home in, as it allows her to combine her natural talents for organising, effective administration, and event, travel, and diary management.
Prior to Initium, Henriikka built her career in the music finance and investment industry. She held roles in royalty accountancy and project coordination at The Music Royalty Co and Hipgnosis Song Management.
Originally from Finland, she is a PRINCE2® Foundation certified Project Coordinator, with specialised skills in project management and business support. She holds a BBA in Modern Languages and Business Studies for Management Assistants from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences in Helsinki.
Henriikka’s desire to help others and make a meaningful impact took her and her colleagues to Kakinada, India, in 2025, where she volunteered with the Snowdrop Foundation. Read her post on that amazing experience here!
Henriikka has called the UK her second home since 2018, and she still finds her inner peace when surrounded by natural waters. Growing up in a country with 188,000 lakes, she feels at home swimming, rowing and paddleboarding in summer, and ice skating or skiing across frozen lakes in the winter. In Finland, saunas outnumber cars, and sauna culture has also been an integral part of her life – especially in winter, when icy dips are followed by some much-needed, comforting warmth!
