Aniruddha Roy

An experienced corporate finance professional, with long-standing expertise in M&A advisory in international markets, Aniruddha joined us in 2023. With a track record covering PE investment, acquisitions and disposals, and debt and equity funding, his wide-ranging skillset brings significant added value to our clients on their growth and exit strategies.
Prior to joining the team, Aniruddha worked for Stockholm-based multi-strategy investment firm Brummer & Partners and was Vice President at Investment Bank NDB Capital Limited, a subsidiary of National Development Bank PLC of Sri Lanka.
A graduate of the Universities of London and Westminster, where he read law, Aniruddha is a CFA® charterholder, and holds an MBA from the University of Warwick Business School.

Aniruddha has a long-standing passion for music. In the past, he's tried his hand at the violin, acoustic guitar, and even the tabla, the hand drums from the Indian subcontinent. Now, he's trying very hard to get proficient at classical guitar, taking online lessons. His goal is to learn to play pieces by legendary Spanish composer Francisco Tárrega. You'll know one of his greatest hits... the old Nokia theme tune!
