Stackright sold to GCH Corporation
GCH Corporation – then known as GCH Capital – a dynamic group of industrial manufacturing and distribution businesses headquartered in London, has acquired Lancashire-based Stackright North West (trading as Stackright), a specialist in the design and manufacture of portable steel anti-vandal cabins. Initium advised Stackright throughout the transaction.
After the acquisition, GCH Corporation preserved Stackright’s operational autonomy
Founded in 2010, GCH Corporation is a privately owned, personally financed group of well-established companies serving the industrial manufacturing and distribution sectors. Since the group was founded, it has acquired nine industrial manufacturing and distribution businesses, providing products and services to customers across the UK and Europe. After the acquisition, GCH Corporation preserved Stackright’s operational autonomy, aligning with the group’s strategy of enabling subsidiaries to operate independently while offering investment capital to support growth and development.
Stackright is a leading UK manufacturer and supplier of portable cabins and modular buildings with its own production facilities. It offers a wide range of products from secure welfare units, offices, and canteen facilities to custom-designed toilet blocks, gatehouses, and premium sales and marketing suites.
