Roksan sold to Monitor Audio
High-end hi-fi equipment manufacturer Roksan Audio has been acquired by leading consumer electronics specialist Monitor Audio, in a deal advised by Initium.
Founded in 1985, London-based Roksan is renowned for producing prestige turntables, CD players and amplifiers, with award-winning product ranges including Kandy, Caspian and Oxygene.
Essex-headquartered Monitor Audio – which sells into 100 countries worldwide – has built a market leading position in hi-fi and home cinema speakers, along with streaming products.
