The transaction was managed by Initium Corporate Finance.

Cutting Edge Solutions, based in Witney in Oxfordshire and founded in 1997, is one of the longest-serving Siemens Industry Software resellers worldwide. Majenta PLM, based in Cranfield in Bedfordshire, is one of the few Platinum resellers in Europe and the UK and Ireland’s largest. Both companies serve clients across a range of industries spanning automotive, transportation, aerospace, defence, marine, electronics, energy, industrial machinery, consumer products, and medical devices.

The combined companies have proven success in improving the processes of design and manufacturing companies through the implementation of digitalisation technologies with over 21 years’ experience. This new organisation is now one of the largest Siemens Industry Software resellers worldwide.
