FE Mobile sold to Swiss-listed Temenos

FE-Mobile, a UK-based provider of Fintech software solutions for the mobile banking industry has been acquired by Swiss-based Temenos (SIX: TEMN) a market-leading provider of enterprise software for banks and financial services. The shareholders of FE-Mobile were advised by Initium throughout the sale process.

Founded in 2002, FE-Mobile created a range of secure, simple, versatile, scalable, easy-to-implement and maintain mobile banking applications sold under the brand name SecureLink. FE-Mobile had been a Temenos partner since 2007, when its SecureLink technology was integrated with part of Temenos’s T24 platform to help banks implement easy-to-use mobile banking services.

Founded in 1993 and listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange (SIX: TEMN) since 2001, Temenos Group AG is a global provider of banking software systems and acquired FE-Mobile to accelerate its expansion into mobile banking. At the time of the transaction, Temenos had 57 offices worldwide, and served over 1,000 customers in more than 120 countries.
