Belcom247 sold to Indigo Telecom Group

UK data centre and connectivity specialist Belcom247 (Belcom UK Ltd) has been acquired by Indigo Telecom Group Ltd. Belcom247 was advised by Initium throughout the transaction.

The deal brings together two trusted and experienced providers of remote managed services, and expands their capabilities on a global basis.
