Atlantis International sold to Kärcher

Atlantis International (Atlantis), a specialist in the supply of commercial car, bus, and truck wash systems, has been acquired by Kärcher, a global leader in cleaning equipment. Impressed by Atlantis’s expertise, market knowledge, and strong service offerings, Kärcher saw the acquisition as a strategic move to strengthen its position in the UK car wash market.

Trading since 1989, at the time of the transaction, Atlantis was based in Leicestershire and specialised in the manufacture and supply of vehicle wash systems, water reclamation and treatment solutions, and water leak test systems. The company also provided chemicals and services to the vehicle wash industry, and served as Kärcher’s exclusive UK distributor for car, bus, and truck washing systems.
