Alpha-Plus Medical Communications sold to Fishawack

Fishawack Communications has acquired High Wycombe-based Alpha-Plus Medical Communications. Initium advised the shareholders of Alpha-Plus during the transaction.

Alpha-Plus was established in 2001 and provided a suite of medical communications services for marketing requirements to leading blue-chip international pharmaceutical companies.

A dynamic, global brand, Fishawack Health has grown through acquisitions and is an independent, full-service, global healthcare communications group with over 800 medical experts, marketing professionals and strategic specialists.

Following the transaction, Alpha-Plus integrated into Fishawack, gaining access to the shared resource capabilities, US presence, and expanded expertise across the group.
