Our Initium Fellows Programme provides proprietary insight from hundreds of individuals that have sold their business through us. They tell us that their deals had a huge and enduring impact on their quality of life. They all speak of freedom, time, choice, restoring control, opportunities to pursue life-long passions. Many mention improved health, fitness, improved family relationships. Most initially struggled to come to terms with letting go and really appreciated the chance to speak to other Fellows.

Our Snowdrop Foundation benefits directly from our financial success, and impacts thousands of lives in the UK and in India. We support other organisations with charitable initiatives, many local to us here in Hampshire and Berkshire.
