Madelyn Jackson

Madelyn supports the team across digital marketing, data management and CRM. She manages Initium’s social media presence across multiple platforms, helps create and schedule content, maintains contact data, and assists with the delivery of both online and in-person events.

Alongside her marketing and sales responsibilities, Madelyn provides part-time PA support to Liz Jackson MBE, helping to keep a busy programme of meetings, events and relationships running smoothly

Madelyn joined Initium in 2026, bringing valuable experience from client-facing roles in hospitality and the hair and beauty sector. She learned early on the importance of organisation, resilience and excellent service. She completed her apprenticeship four months ahead of schedule with a Distinction and is now building her career at Initium with ambition, curiosity and a willingness to take on new challenges.
