The PHS Group, established in 1963 specialised in hygiene-related services, including washroom, healthcare, and floorcare hygiene solutions. Over the years, the PHS Group has expanded its service offerings and market presence through various acquisitions, and in 2019, was itself acquired by Bidvest Group Limited a South African-based international services, trading, and distribution company. In 2023, PHS reported revenues in excess of £330 million.
