Chestech (now A-Gas Electronic Materials) sold to A-Gas

UK-based Chestech Ltd (now A-Gas Electronic Materials), a specialist chemicals and processes distributor in the electronics industry, was acquired by A-Gas International Holdings (A-Gas) a world leader in the supply and lifecycle management of refrigerants and associated products and services.

Established in 1994 in Rugby, West Midlands Chestech (now A-Gas Electronic Materials) supplies specialty chemicals and technological processes to a range of industries, including semiconductor manufacturing, printed circuit board production, electronic and industrial metal finishing, photovoltaic, and advanced packaging. The company’s offerings include photosensitive chemicals, plating solutions, imaging and plating technologies, supported by comprehensive distribution, technical support, and service capabilities across the UK and Ireland.
