Jaydon Softly
Senior Associate
After graduating with first-class honours in Economics from the University of Manchester, Jaydon completed a Master’s in Financial Economics at the same institution. He joined the team shortly after this in early 2023, and in his first year with us worked on two successful transactions in the Software as a Service (SaaS) and Testing Inspection Certification and Compliance (TICC) sectors.
Jaydon works closely with our clients in a range of sectors, and his role encompasses financial modelling, buyer/investor profiling, market approach and due diligence. Jaydon also supports client businesses pursuing the transition to employee ownership, via the Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) model. As part of his development at Initium, Jaydon is studying towards the ACA qualification.
In his free time, Jaydon enjoys a leisurely game of chess, humbly admitting he loses more often than not. When not contemplating knight moves or strategising pawn pushes, you'll likely find him exploring the local parks with his dog, Kobe. With a fondness for paws and pawns alike, Jaydon brings a youthful blend of intellect and spirit to the team.
