Dujon Bosman
Director
Dujon joined us in 2022, and has since completed various deals in the TICC, SaaS and healthcare industries, which include international and national acquirers. Prior to Initium, Dujon worked for BDO UK LLP, where he was part of the Southampton M&A team, transitioning after a number of years in audit and assurance across South Africa and the UK.
Dujon’s extensive experience within the M&A space includes sell-side transactions, buy-side transactions and strategic reviews. This includes producing reports, marketing material, identification of potential transaction parties, market analysis and taking companies to market. He has particular experience in the leisure, automotive, transport, manufacturing, healthcare, education, and technology industries.
A qualified Chartered Accountant, Dujon holds both a Bachelor’s and Honours degree in Accounting, and is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). As a Director in the Transactions team, Dujon is responsible for leading transactions throughout the M&A process, which includes advising on preparation, go-to-market strategies, commercial negotiations, and due diligence. His responsibilities also include the technical training and development of the M&A team.

M&A Project Lead by day and a sport-loving meat chef by night, Dujon loves spending time with family and friends in front of the braai (BBQ), while supporting and playing sport. What he enjoys most is bringing people together, seeing people laugh, smile, and enjoy quality time together - and the positive impact that uniting people has on their physical and mental wellbeing.
