Jonathan Dunn
Chief Executive Officer
Jonathan has 25+ years of experience in the UK and international M&A market. He joined the business in 2010 and founded the Corporate Finance team to focus on larger and more complex transactions both in the UK and Europe. Jonathan was appointed CEO in 2018 and pioneered the employee-led buy-out in 2022.
Prior to Initium, Jonathan was a director in the Corporate Finance team of Ernst & Young in the UK, and learnt his trade at BDO.
Jonathan is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and holds the CF Qualification. His experience in M&A has spanned many industries and deal types – including trade sales and private equity deals, primarily for ambitious and entrepreneurial clients.
