Qualitick merges with ASC Renewables

Qualitick™ Ltd, an award-winning provider of compliance support services, has merged with ASC Renewables Ltd, in a transaction managed by Initium.

Chester-based, Qualitick Ltd is a leading provider of certification support, specialist training, and consultancy services, assisting a wide range of businesses, from SMEs through to household names, with their legislated compliance requirements. Established in 2010, the company’s customer base includes names such as British Gas, B&Q and Help Link.

The acquirer, ASC Renewables Ltd, works with both public and private sector commercial clients to identify energy saving and generation opportunities in key sectors including wind, solar and lighting.

This merger represents a strategic alliance to offer a greater range of services to customers of both businesses, combined with future growth across all the group divisions.
