Homedia SA sold to Sky Deutschland
SKY Deutschland has acquired 100% of Homedia SA, provider of Over The Top (OTT) video content streaming services. The company, which operates under the brand HollyStar, is based in Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
With over 10,000 film and series titles, HollyStar has established itself as the highest performing video on demand platform in Switzerland. It also provides services and expertise on marketing original Video On Demand (VOD) offerings to partners such as Sunrise, Quickline, Samsung, Ex Libris, Sony and LG.
