Easi Recycling sold to San Sac Group

San Sac Group, the Swedish waste sorting and recycling solution provider, has made its first foray into the UK market with the acquisition of Yorkshire-based Easi Recycling Solutions Limited and Easi Recycling UK Limited (Easi Recycling).

Based near York, Easi Recycling rents and sells waste-handling and recycling equipment to over 2000 customers, including major high street retailers, manufacturing and hospitality.

Headquartered in Linköping, the San Sac Group was formed in 2014, when San Sac merged with Enviropac of Norway with the investment fund Accent Equity Partners as majority owner. The group has made several acquisitions to grow to more than 200 employees and a combined turnover of €90m.
